Update on Garden of Gentel Circles

Last summer I called out by the client to the garden that we completed for her earlier in the year - see blog

No it wasn't a complaint, she just wanted us to see how the garden had matured and grown in the intervening months.  When we finished the garden in the Spring, some of the trees and shrubs and not come into leaf.

It was so good to see the garden looking so full and filled out from the good summer weather.  It is bursting with lots of colour.   The client is really pleased and it was great to get such positive feedback.

The view from the larger patio back to the house is nicely framed with maturing plants.  The carpinus had come into leaf and so had the hydrangea.

The bays and the weeping contoneasters have produced good growth and look great against the lavender walls.

The beds of mixed planting have beefed up nicely in the summer sunshine

And the olive trees have settled in nicely.

Our client is doing a nice job of  keeping the grass nice and trimmed.  We made this easier for her by edging the two circular lawns with black metal edging.  This means that the grass circles will be just that - grass circles.
It is alway so nice to see a garden that we have finished maturing nicely.  It gives me a lot of satisfaction to see how much the client is enjoying her garden and deriving so much pleasure from it.
